What We Collect

Contact form & email: When you submit the contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message so we can respond.

Client portal: If you're a client with portal access, we collect your login credentials and any files you upload for the purpose of delivering the service you've engaged us for.

Engagement data: During a security assessment or support engagement, we may collect technical information about your systems, networks, or accounts strictly within the scope you've authorized, for the purpose of completing that engagement.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers. We don't access, test, or retain data outside the scope you've authorized.

How We Use It

Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you've requested, and maintain records of engagements for accountability and billing purposes. Engagement data collected during testing is used solely to produce your findings report and is handled under the confidentiality terms of our engagement agreement.

Data Retention & Security

Client files and engagement records are retained only as long as needed for the service and any legal or contractual obligations, then deleted. Portal access is protected by authentication controls, and uploaded files are scanned before storage.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or contractual reasons. Contact us at Jeff@DigitalReliefCo.com to make a request.
