Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about how engagements work, what to expect, and how we handle your data.

Is this legal? What about authorization?

All penetration testing and security work is performed under an explicit, written scope of authorization agreed with you beforehand. We only test systems and accounts you own or are authorized to have tested.

What happens during a penetration test?

We agree on scope and rules of engagement, perform testing using real-world attack techniques, document everything we find, and deliver a report that explains each finding, its risk, and how to fix it — then verify the fixes once applied.

I think I've been breached. What do I do first?

Don't power off affected devices unless told to — that can destroy evidence needed to understand what happened. Disconnect them from the network if you can, and reach out right away. We'll walk you through containment and next steps.

Do you work with individuals, or only businesses?

Both. We support home users who want their devices, Wi-Fi, and accounts properly secured, and small businesses that need real protection without enterprise overhead.

What do you do with my data?

Only what's needed to do the work you asked for. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's handled.

How do I get started?
